I had excellent customer service from start to finish, Lucas took a lot of time going through potential options with me on our first meeting, nothing was too much and he ended up finding the perfect car which ticked even more boxes than I expected. He then went on leave and Matt stepped in and despite being short staffed he kept in contact throughout and no query was too much trouble. Excellent service all round.

I gave Mercedes Eastbourne a 5 out of 5 because of the service I received off Michael. Who deserves a mention. The car had an alarm problem. Just went off for no reason when it wanted too.They quickly arranged for the car to come in. 3 days etc and rectified the problem and provided me all all the answers as to what the problem was and what’s been rectified, very professionally, and the gave a car a lovely clean too. If I was to be picky and suggest anything then, at most it would be, car was 1st in 8am, maybe a lunchtime call update would have been good. But overal the service I received was excellent and very professional. Well done and thanku
