Overall not pleased with the sales team and the car as it has been in so many times since purchasing it last October.However the five stars goes to Michael Marcham the service manager in Eastbourne for his all round excellent customer service.

I have been with you for 15 years and had first class service but I do not know why I cannot use my Visa card over the telephone, so I drove eight miles the next day to pay the bill. Is there any chance this could be changed please. This is the only complaint. Regards, R Stump.

All the service team are great. Hannah is delectable , Nick is hench, clearly getting his gains, Mike is a bit slow but a bit like a lovable badger. The service manager Chris is the best, always has time to talk and he clearly knows how to get his band playing the same tune
