I took my vehicle in for a re-occurring but intermittent fault shortly before I was due to go on holiday. Mercedes worked on my vehicle whilst I was away and stored it until my return; returning cleaned throughout.

Chris improved this score from a 1 as with his intervention we were able to come up with a way forward. The vehicle had been returned to me with an unresolved fix (sunroof) . Was vert surprised this was allowed to happen especially as I had been advised it was fixed.In also raised an issue with the windscreen wipers and was told they were working. Only after they took it out in the rain did they agree I was right. Again a little disappointed.
