I called twice in the last week to ask about some offers.No response

All went as well as expected with the exception of the under car video. It's taken in a workshop so not surprisingly there is background noise which on this occasion prevented me hearing the commentary. This is somewhat magnified by the fact that I am very hard of hearing.Also a telephone message left for me was dictated at such speed that I could not properly understand the message. Again a difficulty for those of us with impaired hearing.What can you do?

Sales executive Darren was great. Disappointed in the end result, was informed wasn’t able to use the finance supplier I had found .Had been promised 3 times a call back from managers regarding financing through lookers but never received the call.

Staff were very helpful and responsive. However, upon reflection I came away feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle that was >25% more expensive than my original brief, and therefore that my requirements upon enquiry were not supported.
