Overall happy with the service provided by Vince. However I was disappointed that the call out service provided by Mercedes had not been communicated to the garage. The service call centre was a frustrating experience with the agent lacking knowledge and a sense of urgency

I called MB on Monday and your colleague listened to my concerns and booked me in for the next day. At the MB showroom we were given hot drinks and saw Hannah regarding the checks requested on the newly purchased car. She reassured us that the mechanic would look over the car (brakes and A/C) & called us when the car had been checked over. She then arranged a further date (10/6/24) to fully check the A/C as they could not see why it was only working on the driver side. Hannah explained clearly the policy etc regarding used car cover. We were very pleased with the service provided and reassurance that they would try their best to help solve the issue we have with the car A/C

Very smooth. Told it would be a 40 min wait but it was 50 mins. Not a problem as was sent a video after 40 mins of the progress.Would be nice to have a few magazines or morning papers in the waiting area to pass away the time but this is only my opinion.

Lucas was very polite and very helpful and went out of his way to help us.

Paul was friendly and accommodating and have assistance when required. I was told that as a gesture of goodwill I would have tank of fuel. On checking it after leaving the dealership it was only 50% fuel.

They did what they said they would on time. They pick car up on time and returned it on time washed and hoovered

Would have been more stars if was selection. Paul the salesman spent a lot of time and patience going through from bonnet to boot
