Normally the service is excellent. This time someone removed a phone cradle and camera/GPS from the windscreen (attached by rubber cups). If this was to clean the windscreen interior, then it was poorly done as the screen was no cleaner.Also the passnger side floow mat has disappeared? I assume I can have a replacement?KW17OPT.
