My software update for the steering was sorted without any problems. Also I had a problem with the glovebox that would not open. This was all fixed by replacing the glovebox under warranty. The handover was handled with exceptional professionalism. The vehicle looked spotless with great attention to detail in making sure everything was in pristine condition. There was a little bit of a hold up with the finance invoice and communication during travel to pick up the vehicle was not ideal. However, I am now a proud owner of a Mercedes Benz, thank you!
