Really good from start to finish of getting my car repaired

Friendly informative staff, Paul our sales executive was fantastic, and took his time explaining everything we needed to know. The reason I didn’t buy a car, was solely due to the interest rates, but still a great car and great would reccomend lookers to colleagues and friends if they were interested in Mercedes.

I thought the service I received on Monday was very good. Very professional. Respectful. The work carried out was explain well to me. The health check was very clear.I was a little disappointed that a little job I wanted done on the car couldn’t be done. Aparantly it’s an 1.5 hour job. £350. I’m not paying that for such a minnute silly job.But it was explained fairly to me as to why. So u can understand it.I must also say and add. The car was cleaned lovely I must say. And for once it was a Lovely sunny day. So it was gleaming stunningly outside your nice showroom I must say. So thanku for that.
