I received a great service when I visited. Darren was very helpful both during the test drive and in explaining the various purchase and other options available. In the end I need to sell my current car privately as trade in price was too low, which is the only reason I didn't proceed. On the downside, I did feel that I received too many phone calls from too many different people over 3 days, which was frustrating.

Friendly, efficient and a personal response to my call initial call re the issue I ahd with my GL350.The Service advisor was very knowledgeable and was happy to discuss my thoughts on the problem.He listened to my safety concerns that I expressed re driving the vehicle to Eastbourne from Hastings and agreed that the safest option was to have the vehicle recovered to Eastbourne - I have RAC cover and we greed this was the best option.The vehicle was collected by the RAC and delivered the next day.The Service advisor rang me to discuss the proposed repair procedure which I was happy with.I was called later in the day with the fresults of the diagnosis and the estimated cost which I considered to be acceptable and agreed to proceed with the repair.I was advised later in the day that GL was ready for collection - I picked the GL up and was impressed by the friendly and egfficient receptionist.All in all very very good Customer Service 10/10 ThanksBill Mills
