My husband brought the car in we usually go to the Maidstone lookers but the week before when I needed my fuel flap fixed they couldn’t do it for a few weeks and never answer the phone so he brought it to you the next morning and you fixed it straight away so he switched the service to you as he wasn’t happy with them last year. Your service video was excellent and your communication and service is excellent

Centralised service booking felt remote and inflexible (unable to accommodate/apply discretion when I found I needed an MOT at the same visit as my service).Nick and Hannah were particularly helpful and friendly when i dropped off my car.I had to ring (and I needed three attempts to connect to Service) to check if my car was ready for pick up (it was).Pick up was fast and efficient.
