After a full service, and after asking the Mercedes Eastbourne representative if the "service" section in the app and car would be updated, to which he said, "yes", I find that there has been no update! Each time on opening the app, I am told that a service is becoming longer overdue, and likewise in the car. I called to report the issue, but told I have to bring the car in. Unfortunately, Eastbourne is a place I rarely visit, so this is rather irritating.

We gave just purchased a GLA and would like to highly commend Lucas - we only popped in on a trip to Eastbourne to take a look but due to his total professionalism and people centric approach we purchased through him even though we have a dealer just 10 mins away in Crawley. The handover was excellent and he made the whole experience feel good, a real asset to Mercedes. In a different note and nothing to do with him - I am flabbergasted that you charged to fill up the car with fuel - come on we spent over £40K and your company feels the right thing to do is add £40.00 in for fuel- left us feeling not special you most definitely should review that policy and BTW we didn’t charge you for the fuel we left in ours very poor show!

7 minutes test drive for a £35000 car not good then told to return to garage also no parking available for customer parking with signs everywhere stating no parking on the road way £100 fine good way to get the customers
