From start to finish the service from Ellie was phenomenal, helpful and knowledgeable on both the cars themselves and the process of getting me in my new car, she notified me of deals that would suit and got me in a fantastic A-class which I hadn’t been considering until I was shown it and offered a test drive, the car suits my needs perfectly. The paperwork process was made easy by Ellie’s answering of any questions I had, very promptly at that. Great explanation by herself and Matt on all aspects.

Generally pretty good but I was there nearly 5 hours for a service!
