Welcomed by Hannah on arrival at the service desk. Explained my concerns about a couple of problems l had experienced. Said she would pass my concerns on to the correct person. Service video was helpful. On completion of work. Hannah explained to me the answers to my queries and also set up a service plan for my car.

Issue with the car, broke down the day before. Contacted Mercedes Eastbourne and took the car in next day. Full check and fault unknown. Great customer service by the team couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you

Lovely premises. Hannah was a delightful agent to deal with. Available service times were brilliant. I was seen the same week and actually next day was offered. Try getting that from BMW or MINI.
