Your sales lady was knowledgeable about the product, friendly and helpful. We liked the car that we tried out. However, availability was more or less unknown and certainly you were not able to guarantee s firm date. This, understandably, meant that a firm price on the part exchange for my Mitsubishi ASX could not be fixed.I had already looked at a Toyota Rav 4 and as luck would have it the agent had a long delivery in which was subsequeently cancelled. I have settled on that vehicle.
