My visit to your Eastbourne dealership went extremely well.The work that was carried out was completed in an acceptable amount of time and successfully.This is the complete opposite to when I visited your dealership for a 30 minute recall operation.2 hours,yes 2 hours later I had to raise Caine in order for me to get some sort of,not in my words service.My visit last Friday did restore a little bit of confidence with your workshops management.Overall End of term comments: COULD DO BETTER.
