The initial experience with Hannah was excellent. She help to turn a stressful experience into an easily solved issue that allowed me to get back on the road to get my wife to a hospital visit.Vince my contact re the work was ok, polite. My only negative comment was I had to give an alternative number to contact and he still used the number on file. This meant I wasn't aware of the update until I had got back to my own phone.In relation to collecting the car, again Hannah was excellent and the car was cleaned in and out.
