Scott Willett & Matt Barnes' approach was exemplary, they were very professional and a credit to Lookers. I was given the moon on a stick and, after collecting the vehicle, found a complimentary pot of jam in the glovebox, which I enjoyed on some fresh M&S fruit scones, some clotted cream, washed down with a nice glass of Chianti.

Chris Jones, Hannah on the Service team, and all those I dealt with, including Matt Barnes, who I left my keys with on a Sunday were all very easy and polite and helpful to deal with, and Chris was as good as his word in getting my faulty front ‘dashcam’ replaced very promptly and professionally.
