Car booked in the day before for urgent attention to warning signals.Immediate service attention on arrival. Kept informed throughtout the whole process.Issue solved on the day in a speedy fashion.I had a feew extra items carried out at the same time which were all dealt with by the first lcass service team.

The service and MOT were carried out exactly on time.I was unable due to illness to collect my vehicle immediately but my wife collected itfor me on October 2nd. The two ladies in Service reception were excellent as alwaysHannah & Hannah.A new R/O/S Tyre was fitted but the pressure in this tyre was different from the other 3 - the others were 250 and the new tyre was 235 - 15 KPA difference, also the AdBlue was topped up but still reads 91% full - I just wanted to bring these two queries to your attention - I would be curious to know why
