Firstly no communication to inform me of collecting my car before going to have service. Secondly inside car very clean but outside car disappointing dirty. The phone conversation i had was positive and returned car in the afternoon. Overall good but cleaning vehicle needs improving.

Explanation of all options available when purchasing new vehicle clearly explained. Very professional.

The purchase of the vehicle was devalued by the handover. It was pointed out to the handover agent that the app was showing incorrect tyre pressures on 3 tyres. Its was explained away by "it takes 24/48hrs to update the app. After 2days I checked the tyres to find they were as per the app incorrectly inflated. This leads m etc question the veracity of the PDI that was supposedly completed

I dealt with Arran Guest who was very helpful and knowledgeable and found me a vehicle that would have been suitable for me. The problem was that being 79 years old, I could never have coped with all the technology on board. Therefore I had to decline the opportunity of purchasing the vehicle. If only you could buy a simpler vehicle. Anyway it was my fault that I didn’t purchase that vehicle, certainly not the salesman. Thanks for the courtesy shown to me. Chris Newell.

Harrison travelled a considerable way and turned up early so I could see my vehicle . He was very informative and did no rush to get away but spent time with showing me around my new car . He is a very polite and conscious individual . Credit to Mercedes’ 😀I would recommend Mercedes Eastbourne to family and friends in the future .
