Rarely in life do you receive such excellent service as I got from Mercedes Benz Eastbourne, regrettably. I injured myself and effectively immobilised myself from maintaining and cleaning my car before its annual service and MOT. It was no problem for Mercedes Benz. They collected, serviced and valeted my car, returning it in pristine condition.Fantastic, well done to the receptionists, service managers, mechanics and car detailers. You all did an outstanding job on my car.

I decided to wait at the dealership whilst my vehicle was serviced. I was offered tea and coffee and was kept informed of my vehicles progress. I had one small issue with a warning coming up each time I switched the ignition on. This was looked at and sorted before being given back. A good all round experience.
