The only reason I gave it 4 not 5 was Purley for the reason that only due to us saying we had found another car, you suddenly could give more money. Shame it couldn't be done first thing

Without a shadow of a doubt it’s the people I deal with, in this instance and many time previous it’s been Hannah Blackmar and on occasion Michael Meacham. They both give me the confidence to take a 150 mile round trip for servicing and remedial work as required.

Excellent sales girl. Tried her best to sell the car to me but I decided not to downsize from an E class to a C class. She continues to search for one for me having identified exactly my requirements. She is a credit to the business.

Carnt remember the man's name but he was really friendly and easy to talk to the rest of staff need to cheer up not one cracked a smile. when I go back ill only talk to the man I delt with if he's not there I'll come back another day

Her knowledge and lovely persona is a testament to the high standards the team upholds. In fact, the entire crew at Eastbourne stands out as the friendliest and most welcoming, an experience I have not received at other locations, to include two sites more local to me. The team’s commitment to putting customers first is truly unmatched, and it’s why I keep going back. I shall like to say a big thank you to Hanna for finding time to have my car sorted! You all make such a lasting impression, and it is why Eastbourne remains my favourite place to visit!

I gave this rating because of the name alone and being a world beater in vehicles.Being in the military in Germany in the 1960s Mercedes-Benz this was the most popular car where ever I went to.
