Appointment was ahead of time and took the 30 minutes I had been advised it would. I requested a tyre pressure. check at the same time( which was done along with the normal vehicle check of brakes, tyres etc).

My overall experience was very good, but communications got a bit muddled.

Good service and communication with staff

I took my vehicle in for a re-occurring but intermittent fault shortly before I was due to go on holiday. Mercedes worked on my vehicle whilst I was away and stored it until my return; returning cleaned throughout.

Chris improved this score from a 1 as with his intervention we were able to come up with a way forward. The vehicle had been returned to me with an unresolved fix (sunroof) . Was vert surprised this was allowed to happen especially as I had been advised it was fixed. In also raised an issue with the windscreen wipers and was told they were working. Only after they took it out in the rain did they agree I was right. Again a little disappointed.

Polite helpful staff. Spotted an error with the dashboard which I forgot to say so good attention to detail. Thanks
