Staff friendly and very helpful dealt with Ellie initially then Patrick in the sales hall. Re the service always have been excellent in the past - was annoyed when car was collected light still on and when invoice was settled it was more than quoted pre collection !

Having spent nearly £2000 on radio satnav replacement I do feel a gesture of goodwill could have been offered. I have bought 4 Mercedes. 3 from Eastbourne and 1 from Maidstone. So disappointing for being such a good customer.
