My husband brought the car in we usually go to the Maidstone lookers but the week before when I needed my fuel flap fixed they couldn’t do it for a few weeks and never answer the phone so he brought it to you the next morning and you fixed it straight away so he switched the service to you as he wasn’t happy with them last year.
