Centralised service booking felt remote and inflexible (unable to accommodate/apply discretion when I found I needed an MOT at the same visit as my service). Nick and Hannah were particularly helpful and friendly when i dropped off my car. I had to ring (and I needed three attempts to connect to Service) to check if my car was ready for pick up (it was). Pick up was fast and efficient.
