Good customer service

Excellent service as always. Only problem was paying the bill. My car was collected and returned for the service. The guy returning the car brought the bill but was unable to take payment. We rang the garage but they were unable to take a card payment over the phone. I do not do online banking. I therefore had to drive to the garage to pay by card. I always used to pay by card over the phone with no problem and do not understand why the system has changed. I can't be the only customer who does not do online banking.

The service is always done in a professional way and they are all very friendly people.

I told the guy where I had parked my car as it was along the far end of the lot. 10 minutes later another guy asked me where I had parked the car. Otherwise I wouls have scored you 5 stars

Mercedes of Eastbourne offer great service along with polite and friendly staff. I was kept fully informed of the work carried to my car. The video is really informative and welcomed.
