Great communication before and during the service work. However, if you choose to disconnect a customer device during the service, you should make sure you plug it back in before returning the vehicle.

Very good overall service but the dealership just couldnt put the deal together. Said they would send my PX to other dealerships in the Lookers group but since then I have heard nothing. No follow up call. I understand if you cant make a PX work but at least communicate after making promises of doing something.
