I received very good customer service from the sales person. Paperwork to buy the car is very unwieldy and unnecessarily long. I took out the Bumper insurance but was not advised on how to make a claim. No website or paperwork was forthcoming

From initial discussion, test drive to finally signing the contract, all went perfectly smooth. My special thanks to Ellie at Eastbourne Mercedes benz for having patience with me as i was new to Mercedes benz. But having bought the car, i love it and its modern high tech is very impressive. Would highly recommend This showroom for fantastic service.

Excellent service as always. Only problem was paying the bill. My car was collected and returned for the service. The guy returning the car brought the bill but was unable to take payment. We rang the garage but they were unable to take a card payment over the phone. I do not do online banking. I therefore had to drive to the garage to pay by card. I always used to pay by card over the phone with no problem and do not understand why the system has changed. I can't be the only customer who does not do online banking.

I told the guy where I had parked my car as it was along the far end of the lot. 10 minutes later another guy asked me where I had parked the car. Otherwise I wouls have scored you 5 stars
