I previously purchased a Mercedes Benz from Patrick Pearce and having been impressed by his level of attention and professionalism, I naturally returned when I decided to purchase another model.

I dealt with Patrick Pearce who was amazing. He was extremely efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions, sent emails with the additional info I needed and did a live video. He ensured that I got all the info that I needed and he got all the info he needed to do the deal on the same day. Started communicating with him around lunch and fetched the the vehicle before they closed. It was raining and very late but probably the handover could have been a little more special with some photographs etc but the vehicle was outside and the weather was an issue so I was comfortable still. This is the reason for the rating.
