Always a pleasant experience visiting my local dealership, from the lady on the front desk Jane, to Hannah who dealt with my service who is always very cheery and professional, topmarks , from one of many very happy customers .

Professional, not pushy. Loses a star for the idea that someone else in the showroom was waiting for us to test drive the car so they could .... Could what? Beat thing about that was that anyone would think I was young enough to believe that. 2 star score below is due to really poor initial phone Comms from pillar to post repeating info and all leading to us wondering if we should bother at all.

The whole process was super slick and our Sales Manager, Paul Scorer, guided us superbly through the whole process.

Helpful staff, I was kept updated throughout the process and offered free wash and vacuum.
