The service was done, but my car was given back to me with the inside of the trunk not properly reinstalled, rubber was not reset properly and the side also, with a piece of velcro just laying there I will have to take it back as I did fix the rubber but can't do the velcro

Service staff and advisor were all good. Only concern is it took 2 visits to correct a very minor problem. I feel that was an error by Mercedes corporate and not Coggin. Living an hour away it was not a good experience. I chose to go to coggin where I purchased the vehicle instead of one of the 2 dealerships locally. I may have to reconsider that choice the next time I have an issue
