I am not sure where to start. I was working with Tony in the Parts Department and Kyle in the Service Department. Both were excellent representatives. Circumstances were out of their control, it took three months to receive a sticker because Germany kept cancelling the order, but Tony kept me up to date and we finally received it. The car had a computer issue that took two months to figure out and Kyle kept me up to date daily, until I let him know once a week was ok or if he had an update. Finally got the car back.

He was knowledgeable, patient and kind solved my problem.

My service advisor was very good, excellent communication and very helpful. The pick-up and drop-moff service worked out well, with very nice and punctual drivers. The car was taken care of and returned fully washed, etc. All in all a great experience.

Pick up delivery and loaner. All very smooth and convenient.
