Craig was a tremendous help throughout the leasing process, with my endless questions, our back and forth negotiations on what and how long to finance, up to me taking possession of the car which he brought to me because of my inability to get to the dealership.It was a very simple and pain free process after backing out on a dealer close to me that was not as transparent and patient.

Vehicle was towed to dealership and you responded without hesitation to resolve the problem, plus do additional services needed on the vehicle, all within a sort timeframe.
