Excellent service and explanation of problems

I brought the car for diagnostics for a 48 volt battery malfunction, the fix required a software fix, battery terminal cleaning, seat removals, etc…When it appeared the repair would take some time I got a loaner vehicle quickly, and the car was available the next day. Most importantly, the problem was fixed. I drove the car to Ct two days later with no warning messages. A plus.

staff was courteous and informative, waiting area was clean and had refreshments/lavatories which is always a plus, wait to find out what was needed to be done was longer than I expected, but I received a loaner as soon as we knew it would take a day and pick-up the next day was quick.

A safety recall prompted our latest visit to the service shop. But we were able to schedule the inspection the day we received the notice. Coggin valet’d the car from our home. It was returned mid afternoon the same day. Patrick Ford was very accommodating despite this recall affecting a large number vehicles.

Easy to make appointment. Truck was ready when promise

From the minute I drove up to the service entrance, I was greeted respectfully with a smiling face. My advisor Joey was professional, responsive to my questions and courteous.

Kyle, our Service Advisor, did a great job of arranging our appointment and a loaner car. The needed work required more time than initially expected and Kyle proactively kept us apprised of progress. The repair work was well done and we are very pleased with the car’s performance.

This was definitely one of the easier car purchases we’ve ever had. George was fantastic to work with. He listened to what we wanted/needed and he made it happen without the haggle of a stereotypical salesperson. Even the trip to the finance office was low pressure and to the point.
