A safety recall prompted our latest visit to the service shop. But we were able to schedule the inspection the day we received the notice. Coggin valet’d the car from our home. It was returned mid afternoon the same day. Patrick Ford was very accommodating despite this recall affecting a large number vehicles.

Easy to make appointment. Truck was ready when promise

Kyle, our Service Advisor, did a great job of arranging our appointment and a loaner car. The needed work required more time than initially expected and Kyle proactively kept us apprised of progress. The repair work was well done and we are very pleased with the car’s performance.

Very prompt. Kept me informed. Mike Lawson was great about moving things along since I was waiting. He knew not to recommend alignment. Informative yet conservative about tire wear. Only holdup was getting the car at the end but they were very busy.
