Overall, my advisor Kyle was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, after waiting for 1 ½ hours, I was told that my tires needed to be replaced. After consenting to replace all four tires, I was told that one of them was damaged and I would have to wait for another one had to be obtained the next day. Kyle secured me a loaner and I was able to use it until I returned to pick up my vehicle.

Replaced lost key fob. Should been told in advance of need for a service appointment. In the end all handle very well, especially Mike the service advisor.
