Kyle Dermody assisted me as Jeremy was out of town. Late in the day I discovered my front left tire was rapidly going flat, called Triple A , they came to me home replaced my the spare. Told me not to go over 50 mph, stay off interstates and get tire replaced asap. Called dealership spoke with Kyle, explained my problem as I was leaving early next morning for trip north. He said get her quick and I can work you in. Needless to say I was most impressed with Kyle's willingness to help me. In Summary, I arrived in short order. Kyle took control, had my tire replaced with new tire and I was out the door back to me home. Kyle provided excellent service above and beyond what I expected. This is why no one but Mercedes Benz of Ft Pierce touches my Mercedes for anything.Kyle deserves a raise and a big atta-boy from senior management as he set an example for your other service dept employees.
