All good Pat was great. My issue as the owner of 3 Mercedes is why do you guys have to go for the absolute last dollar on everything. 1200 for a transmission service Really? What is that a 400% markup?

Kyle was knowledgeable and friendly. A loaner car was provided without us having to ask. Communications from Kyle were excellent as he told us of the timing for pickup as well as the work that was done.
