I was very pleased with the welcome and care that I received from Jeremy Manchester. He quickly arranged a loaner and I was happy to be able to keep track of the service schedule and progress with my car until it was complete. I feel confident that the service was well done and in a timely manner!

I was greeted spontaneously during my arrival. I escorted to Mike who greeted me with a smile. As I await service on my vehicle, I was kept abreast of everything that was going on by text, and lo and behold, Mike walks in to update me on my vehicle personally. I must say I felt special. Well, I didn't have any major issues and my waiting time was minimal. The best part was I walked away without paying a dime. :)
