Service department made it easy to set up an appointment. We used the valet service to pick up our vehicle, leave a loaner car and return our vehicle the next day. It all went smoothly!

Advised person who greeted me at the service entrance that I had an appointment with Advisor Joey. He told me Joey was currently with a customer and to please wait for him. I waited about 10 minutes and met with Joey. I asked how long the recall campaign would take. I was advised that it would take no longer than an hour. I waited an hour and my vehicle was ready as promised.

Joey is the best. Got me in and out. Efficient and friendly.
