Advised person who greeted me at the service entrance that I had an appointment with Advisor Joey. He told me Joey was currently with a customer and to please wait for him. I waited about 10 minutes and met with Joey. I asked how long the recall campaign would take. I was advised that it would take no longer than an hour. I waited an hour and my vehicle was ready as promised.
