I’m from South Carolina and I was stuck. My Mercedes GLE350, just 2 days before I was to return home from Pt St Lucie started rough idling and shaking at low idle. Not knowing what to do, my son suggested he call Ft. Pierce Mercedes (from whom he leases his GLE350) on my behalf. That’s when Joey Mendoza came on the scene. From the first, he treated me as a valued customer, told me not to worry, he would handle it all. Within 2 hours, I was on my way home, car fixed, worries gone. Everyone else at the dealership was exceptionally friendly. Tremendous job, Joey, and others. I will be forever grateful and you all have my respect. Mercedes is lucky to have you representing them!

Mike Lawson had my paperwork ready when I arrived for my appointment and processed me in courteously and quickly. The service waiting area is clean and comfortable and has WiFi and a charging station Beverages and snacks are available as well. Upon completion of service, my car was returned sparking clean.
