Our vehicle developed an issue with the air conditioning system not providing enough cold air and a visit to the service department was necessary. Kyle, our service advisor was very efficient and knowledgeable. He provided timely insights as the maintenance technician repaired our vehicle and made us feel our issue was important to get repaired correctly and get us back on the road. From time-to-time things happen, however, Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce was able to trouble shoot our problem and get the situation corrected professionally with little interruption or our routine.
