My service advisor was very nice and informative… I was not impressed with the waiting area… to be honest when I owned my Lexus, their showroom and waiting area/cafe was amazing! I honestly thought Mercedes could have done better

Did not address the radio issue. Still on a track tape and asked to take care to put it on Serius Trunk grocery bag to work easier. Pat did the service price at a good price and so thoughtful in his manner. Made one feel they were special. Thnak you Pat and please send this on to the channel of commmand.

This was the fourth time I had my new SL in for a battery problem. Joey was very helpful and I hope the issue is resolved. I can’t verify because I am out of the country for several months I can’t believe that a new 200.000$ car looses all battery power if not driven for 4 days. Every Honda or Toyota will perform better
