The dealership has a flawed system. There were a number of service representatives but I was assigned to Joe, who was fully occupied with other customers and waited twenty minutes until he was able to deal with me. Everything after that was excellent, but why assign me to one individual when there are others available.

My service advisor was very nice and informative… I was not impressed with the waiting area… to be honest when I owned my Lexus, their showroom and waiting area/cafe was amazing! I honestly thought Mercedes could have done better

Did not address the radio issue. Still on a track tape and asked to take care to put it on SeriusTrunk grocery bag to work easier. Pat did the service price at a good price and so thoughtful in his manner. Made one feel they were special. Thnak you Pat and please send this on to the channel of commmand.
