This was the fourth time I had my new SL in for a battery problem.Joey was very helpful and I hope the issue is resolved.I can’t verify because I am out of the country for several monthsI can’t believe that a new 200.000$ car looses all battery power if not driven for 4 days.Every Honda or Toyota will perform better

My only complaint I have is that, when I paid my bill, I was not told that additional items should be repaired on my car. My service rep was on a well-deserved lunch and I went to the cashier directly, paid my bill and left. I had not brought my cell phone to the dealership so the rep was unable to contact me directly.

Very efficient with my inquiry and was sensitive to my time schedule.
