Visit was handled with care by Joey once again. Paperwork was done quickly, recommended service was sent to us within a few hours. We left with a nice loaner car. Joey went over these recommendations on the phone and we picked those that were Most needed. Our car was ready the next day, washed and cleaned! Excellent, if expensive,service.

Joey made the service great. It was quick and easy.

I discovered a flat on my car on a Sunday. As we weren’t in need of it, we elected to contact our servicing dealer on Monday AM. Our advisor, Patrick was able to arrange for a roadside assist technician to come over and place the spare on, allowing me to drive it to the dealership. The tire was replaced and I was on my way (including a free wash) within 90 minutes. Every experience with Coggin has been the best. Patrick Ford always makes time to handle our issue(s). It’s not easy in this state to find professional, courteous and knowledgable people like Patrick. Please don’t lose him.

They explained the work and allowed me to keep the car at the location while I was out of town and then delivered it to my door.

Mike was very helpful in service writing and explaining the repairs required on my vehicle. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided with a loaner car due to the length of time required to repair and service my vehicle which was helpful in ensuring I did not miss any work. I will ask for him the next time I require service. I intend to buy a new car from your agency in the next year.
