I have a used Benz, so I selected Endurance extended warranty for security should I encounter a failure. Well, AC compressor failed. I just moved to this area and your dealership had best reviews. Mike in service dept was superb. I showed up in a busy Saturday, he took in my vehicle and gave me a loaner because rental companies in area were closed. He made numerous calls trying to get Endurance to complete their process. It was stressful as I said, I just moved here and Mike got the job done. He texted me daily about progress, sometimes at 730 am which eased my mind as my new Regional Therapy position required a lot of focus. I usually don't respond to reviews, but if you need Benz service, ask for Mike....the man is top shelf 😉
