Concerned technicians and personnel interaction addressing the issues

Everything that needed attention on my Mercedes, was taken care of. Several recalls were required and my wipers system needed replacement. Our advisor, Joey Mendez, is our service manager for a long time and never disappoints us. So professional, polite, caring, great personality & a pleasure to work with. He is definitely an asset to Mercedes Service Department and you are very fortunate to have him as an employee!

Had a problem on the road while traveling from FL to MA. Pat in the service department had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. As far as I'm concerned Pat went out of his way to offer me excellent service.
