Mike was great and understood my situation and provided VERY generous accommodations and service. Also got me in and out in great time.

Service advisor was great. Very upset that mercedes/continental changed my prematurely failed tires in 2022 due to tread separation (but offered a stipend discount), put continentals back on pursuant to the warranty and they prematurely wore again. I was told that there was no warranty, then told I could get a couple hundred dollars off a new set of tires, but they would have to be the same set. Quite honestly- that was a ridiculous assertion.

Kyle Dermody was the best thing about the Service. His excellent communication despite horrid back order from Germany news. Also the workmanship was top notch as it's been 5 days that we have had it back, and it seems it's all repaired, completely! -That we had the DPF fill up this less than a few years since the recall repair, and the time it took to get it all repaired, and the general lack of quality by Mercedes to have such problems on our GL350, is the reason it's all not 5 stars...
