The least stressful car buying experience. My salesperson, Mr. Michael Egan, welcomed my wife and I into the showroom where we explained to him the reason for our visit. We are in the beginning stages of buying a new car and that we are looking at multiple manufactures. He understood, took us on a test drive on a C300 and explained all the features the model offers plus also explained what Mercedes-Benz car ownership offers. We thanked Mr. Egan for his time and experienced, and told him we will most likely decide in a couple of weeks. We were never pressured in making a deal right away, which I am grateful. A couple of weeks later, I called MR. Egan to tell him that we are ready to move forward on the C300 sedan. He located the vehicle we liked and we worked the numbers over the phone and in emails [bought a vehicle in the comfort of my house, truly priceless (Thank you)]. A few days later we went to sign the papers and drove off in our new Mercedes-Benz C300. The experience was extremely pleasurable and I thank my salesperson Mr. Egan for it. It was also pleasurable talking with the GM and Finance Manager. If we were to buy another Mercedes-Benz it will be at Mercedes-Benz of Ft. Pierce.
