Overall it was a good experience

I noticed a bubble in my tire while I was in the area of Coggins Mercedes and drove right up to the service area unannounced. My usual representative was not there, but Patrick Ford stepped up helped me. Luckily the tire I needed was in stock and my car was in the shop immediately. I was back on the road within the hour. Thanks Patrick!

The first time I ever visited your location , I experienced a rude service person who walked over to me in my car (tall white older male with dark hair) I told him, “ I was there for service Jeremy scheduled me.” This man snapped at me so fast ! However, Jeremy was awesome! After the oil change was completed my car got washed -but my car was returned to me just as I had brought it in , very dissatisfied with that because I waited an extra 30 mins only to receive a dirty car .
