The first time I ever visited your location , I experienced a rude service person who walked over to me in my car (tall white older male with dark hair) I told him,“ I was there for service Jeremy scheduled me.” This man snapped at me so fast ! However, Jeremy was awesome! After the oil change was completed my car got washed -but my car was returned to me just as I had brought it in , very dissatisfied with that because I waited an extra 30 mins only to receive a dirty car .
